Saving institutions by copying Perjo's drawings

This is actually a very recent action (just two days old) in the context of BMR at CIV. My good old friend, Claudiu Cobilanschi had this incredible but very straight idea, that i immediately supported with all my heart and without flinching. Everybody in Bucharest knows that CNDB - the center for contemporary dance (establ by independent artists blahblah) is really under the doom of evacuation. Really CNDB was established as one of the most user-friendly spaces in the city center and one of the open places for a long time to come. But maybe openness and being welcomed is not prized much nowadays.

We are aware that evacuations have become very important in the cultural life of the city. They are basically our daily bread. In the past Perjo tried to stop the CNDB being trashed and kicked out of the building by drawing on the wall. Perjo also rubbed off many of his recent works as a possible sign of impending doom and general evacuation. We felt that he wanted to tell us something, that he wanted to prepare us for the worst to come. We cannot pretend we are his pupils but at least we are his copycats. Also we felt smoothly initiated more and more in a perpetual state o precarious living. We can still hear the milonga and salsa dancing while the ship is going down down doooown.
While we did our copying on fine transparent paper we felt like we are doing our best to save the un-savable. Hey, and copying from old masters was always supposed to save the art + our ass.

Vadim Bredarist Ninja Tzigansj reminded me of another copy of Perjovschi's drawings done some years back. Just after the Perjo show in Chisinau, he had a great idea with fellow-black angel Terente. They needed a present for a close friend. They did a drawing of perjo on a plate and gave it to Mihai as a present, telling him that Perjo sent him a present. The drawing had two svastica's saying to each other: "Hello I'm back!" and the response "Hey, I never left!". Their friend found out only after a year or so that it was fake. Well, this shows that perjo's drawings not only make good saving spells, but also nice Birthday presents.
It is a clear case of Z A C A M A N T!
